  • Choose where you will host your event. It doesn't have to be exact - just choose if you're hosting from home, work, school or with a local community group.

  •

2. Sign Up

  • Once you decide to participate, click on the SIGN UP button and complete the registration form.

  • We will provide you with a comprehensive fundraising pack containing all the resources you need to make your event a success.

3. Plan ahead

  • Think about publicity to share the love, gather friends, family, and colleagues to join your event.

  • Set up your online fundraising page to raise funds.

  • Decide if you will bake or purchase donuts or any cakes.

  • Download all your Do Not Be Alone coffee morning resources and get creative.

4. Host your gathering

  • Whether it's a cozy coffee morning or a delightful afternoon tea, make it special and meaningful.

  • Why Donuts? Donuts symbolise the sweetness of coming together, supporting one another, and reminding everyone that they are not alone.

5. Supporting a Great Cause

  • Share your event pictures and stories on social media using the hashtag #DoNotBeAlone, spreading the message of support and unity.

  • Proceeds from your gatherings will contribute to Sunflowers Bereavement Support Service, providing vital assistance to those who have lost loved ones to suicide. By enjoying a donut and a cup of coffee, you're not only comforting yourself but also supporting a cause that helps others find comfort in their grief.
