Funding and Relationship Manager
This is a senior, hands-on role for a strategic and proactive fundraiser who can both shape vision and deliver results. You’ll lead income generation across multiple streams, develop high-quality funding bids, secure corporate partnerships, grow community fundraising, and build strong relationships with funders and stakeholders.
​
Working closely with our Senior Management Team and Trustees, you’ll manage and motivate the fundraising team and volunteers, drive performance against income targets, and act as a passionate ambassador for Sunflowers.

We’re looking for someone with:

A proven track record in senior fundraising or income generation

Strong bid-writing and relationship-building skills

Experience managing staff and/or volunteers

The confidence to represent and grow a developing charity

Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an organised, compassionate and proactive Operations Coordinator to keep our daily operations running smoothly and ensure our staff, volunteers and service users receive exceptional support.
You will be at the heart of everything—managing enquiries, coordinating volunteers, supporting fundraising and events, overseeing resources, and keeping our office operations on point.
You will thrive in this role if you: - Are a warm, confident communicator who can handle sensitive enquiries with care. - Keep things impeccably organised—calendars, logistics, records and deadlines. - Enjoy supporting volunteers and working collaboratively across teams. - Are comfortable with CRM systems, MS365 and general office administration.
