Operations Coordinator (

Part-Time

​

We are looking for an organised, compassionate and proactive Operations Coordinator to keep our daily operations running smoothly and ensure our staff, volunteers and service users receive exceptional support. 

​

You will be at the heart of everything—managing inquiries, coordinating volunteers, supporting fundraising and events, overseeing resources, and keeping our office operations on point. 

​

You will thrive in this role if you:

• Are a warm, confident communicator who can handle sensitive inquiries with care.

• Keep things impeccably organised—calendars, logistics, records and deadlines.

• Enjoy supporting volunteers and working collaboratively across teams.

• Are comfortable with CRM systems, MS365 and general office administration.
