Time for Reflection

In the warmth of the Pavillion Community Centre, the Sunflowers Community will join together for an afternoon of quiet reflection and rememberance.

As the days become shorter and Christmas draws nearer, we understand that this time of year can be hard for many. Especially for those who don't have the opportunity to spend time with their loved ones who they have sadly lost to suicide.

​

Holidays are a time to be around those you love most and feel supported by one another. This is why each December, the Sunflowers Community come together as one to continue showing each other love.

​

There will be a chance to share stories, poems and maybe even a song or two, in a safe space to keep the traditions alive that make our loved ones feel close to us.
