CHASE THE SUN - Embrace The Rainbow

Pledge to complete 10km or more in the longest week of the year - How much you do is up to you!

You may decide to walk, run or cycle - THE CHOICE IS YOURS!

Your challenge MUST be completed within the week Sunday 16th June - 23rd June (ending 9pm)

​

You may prefer to exercise in the early morning or in the evening - the great thing is the time you complete your challenge is up to you; so anyone can take part in this event!

It is up to you whether you complete your 10km in one go or break it down throughout the week into smaller manageable chunks.

Entry fee:

• £15 to complete 10km*

• £25 to complete 25km+*

*includes FREE Chase The Sun t-shirt (£4 p&p fee)

Under 16s; £10 each

T-shirts:

T-shirts must be worn whilst completing your challenge.

As a small charity event, we buy t-shirts to order, we do not have bulk orders or spares, so are unable to offer refunds or replacements if sizing is incorrect.

 

Leader board:

Competitive runners who wish to be placed on the leader board must run 10km in one go.

Evidence of your running route and time must be sent to us via email fundraising@sunflowerssuicidesupport.org.uk
 

Selfies:

Please Post selfies to our social media accounts or email them to fundraising@sunflowerssuicidesupport.org.uk. Please note photos will be shared across our social media platforms, please ensure we have parental or guardian permission for photographs of any person under the age of 18 years old.

Selfies must be submitted by Monday 24th June to have your photo included in our prize draw.

 

Medals:

There will be a medal for:

• The fastest 10km run

• The best selfie

• Most original 10km

• The most sponsorship

Adults and Children will be rewarded separately
